You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indonesian law. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms & Conditions.

2.4 Single Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold only one active dela77 account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly forbidden and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts. Any winnings obtained through duplicate accounts will be confiscated, and deposits may be returned to the original payment method at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games on dela77 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are certified by independent testing laboratories and displayed on each game page. dela77 does not have the ability to manipulate game outcomes in favor of or against any player.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and confiscation of funds:

• Collusion with other players in poker or other multiplayer games
• Use of bots, automated betting software, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage

• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

• Bets are settled based on official results as declared by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, AFC, BRI Liga 1).
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the market-specific rules.

• dela77 reserves the right to void bets placed on events with incorrect odds or on events where the outcome was already known at the time of bet placement.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your dela77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account after deducting any pending wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

7.2 dela77-Initiated Termination

dela77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You are found to be engaging in fraudulent activity or money laundering
• You are found to be under 21 years of age
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

In the event of termination for cause, dela77 may withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Proven violations may result in permanent forfeiture of funds.

8. Limitation of Liability
